Bacolod Rep. Greg Gasataya will be the guest of honor and speaker at the opening rites of the Negros Press Club Annual Inter-Color Fellowship Bowling Tournament 2017 at the Negros Super Lanes of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City, tomorrow.
Games will start at 1 p.m. after the meeting of team captains and representatives of the participating colors.
NPC president Renato “Boy” Duran said it is the club's objective to promote camaraderie and promote physical well-being among its members.
The one-day event is open to all members of the club and certified employees of different media outlets in Bacolod City. Team composition was finalized yesterday at the NPC office.
Cash prizes, trophies and souvenir items are up for grabs for the winners in the team and individual contest.
Tournament chairman James Henry Toga said it will be a three-game tournament where the top four teams/colors with the highest points accumulated will be declared winners.
Non-winning entries will also receive cash incentives. The individual record holders in highest pinning, highest single and double will also receive cash prizes.*HLG
