NPC and RCBE forged this partnership during the incumbency of NPC Past President Carla N. Cañet and RCBE Past President Verdeflor in 2014.

RCBE undertakes this project under its Public Image Program that gained a Rotary award during the District 3850 conference held in Zamboanga City last March this year under the incumbency of RCBE Past President Dr. Benjamin Souribio in 2015.

The said program was carried on by NPC Past President Dolores Epacta in 2015 and now under President Ellera and RCBE President Elsie Jolingan, also an NPC Past President.

This project aims to recognize media practitioners whose commitment to the noble profession of media practice is beyond reproach.*
